(一) 30 day fit guarantee, Return and Exchange policy


We want you to be as excited to put on your Hoplynn garment as we are 

Try it on and let us know if you didn’t find the perfect fit on the first try!

Our team of Fit Experts would be happy to make a recommendation, and set up an exchange or return for you


30-Day Fit Guarantee

Within 30 days of your purchase we can set up an exchange across any size, color and style, or set up a refund to your original method of payment 

We can accept return garments in like-new condition, with the original packaging

Once your Exchange has been submitted online, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the email address on file

This label is good for use through the USPS, and should be used within a week of set up

Once the Postal Worker has scanned the shipping label, we will send out your new garment!

You will receive an email confirmation with the new parcels shipment tracking

Once your Return has been submitted online, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to the email address on file

This label is good for use through the USPS, and should be used within a week of set up

Once the Postal Worker has scanned the shipping label, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for purchase

You will receive an email confirmation that the refund has been sent

Processing times vary based on financial institution



(二)What if my garment has a defect?


We take pride in the quality of our products

Let us know if something doesn't seem quite right with your garment


Making things right for you is our priority


We will ask that you send your order number and a picture of the defective or damaged area so that we can communicate it to our team


We absolutely want to track down what went wrong, and ensure it does not happen again!

If you are located outside of the US and want to return or exchange an international order during the 30-day fit guarantee period, you can now use our interactive returns portal!


Enter your order number and the email address used to purchase on the return/exchange page to start the process!

As soon as our team confirms that the item was received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange!

Please note that original shipping fees, duty paid or any other associated costs are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
